Return & Refund Conditions
- Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Opened or used pet healthcare products (for safety reasons).
❌ Perishable items such as pet food or supplements.
❌ Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
How to Return an Item
- Email us at orderspetpharma@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 10- 21 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
