Avian Insect Liquid Spray is a ready-to-use topical insecticidal solution formulated for the control of ectoparasites—including red mites, feather mites, lice, and mosquitoes—on cage birds and in aviaries. Supplied in a 250ml trigger-spray bottle, the dual-action formula provides rapid knockdown and residual protection against bird pests.

Permethrin 25:75: 0.50 g/L (0.05% w/v)

Piperonyl Butoxide: 2.50 g/L (0.25% w/v)
Indications
-
Control and treatment of red mites (Dermanyssus gallinae), feather mites, and lice (Mallophaga) on cage birds.

Repelling flies, mosquitoes, and small flying insects in aviaries and bird cages.

Disinfection and treatment of bird cages, perches, nesting boxes, and immediate surrounding areas.
Dosing & Directions for Use
Direct Application to Birds:

Hold the spray bottle approximately 20 to 30 cm away from the bird.

Spray lightly onto the bird's plumage, avoiding direct contact with the eyes, beak, and nostrils.

Apply 3 to 5 pump sprays depending on the size of the bird.

Repeat treatment after 14 days, or as directed by a veterinarian, to target newly hatched parasites.
Cage & Aviary Application:

Remove all feed, drinking water, and open food containers before spraying.

Remove birds from the cage during heavy environment treatment.

Spray perches, nest boxes, cracks, crevices, and cage corners where mites hide.

Allow surfaces to air dry completely before returning birds, food, and water to the cage.
Precautions & Safety Instructions

Toxicology Caution: Toxic to fish, reptiles, and aquatic organisms. Do not spray near aquariums or open water.

Avoid spray mist inhalation and direct eye or mouth contact.

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after application.

Store below 25°C in a dark, dry place away from food, drink, and animal feedingstuffs.

Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and non-target animals.
