Avivet is a broad-spectrum, water-soluble antibiotic and vitamin powder formulated for oral administration in drinking water or feed. Designed for cage birds, pigeons, and poultry, it combines antibacterial therapy with essential nutritional support to treat systemic and localized bacterial infections while assisting recovery during periods of stress.

Active Ingredients (Per 100g)

• Oxytetracycline HCl: Broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic targeting Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

• Multivitamin Complex: Essential vitamins to support immune function and maintain nutrient intake during disease or stress.

Indications

• Treatment of bacterial respiratory tract infections (including Mycoplasmosis / Chronic Respiratory Disease).

• Treatment of gastrointestinal bacterial infections causing enteritis and diarrhea in birds.

• Prevention and treatment of secondary bacterial infections following viral exposure or stress (e.g., transport, vaccination, overcrowding, or sudden weather changes).

Dosing & Administration

Route of Administration: Oral via drinking water or mixed into moist feed.

• General Drinking Water Dosage: Dissolve the recommended quantity in fresh, clean drinking water daily as the sole source of drinking water for 3 to 5 consecutive days.

• Standard Ratio: Mix 5g (approximately one level 5mL scoop) per 2 Liters of drinking water.

• Medicated Water Renewal: Prepare fresh solution daily. Do not expose medicated water to direct sunlight.

Precautions & Safety Instructions

• Withdrawal Period: Observe local statutory withdrawal periods for meat and egg consumption in food-producing poultry.

• Do not administer concurrently with calcium-rich supplements or mineral blocks, as divalent cations can bind tetracyclines and reduce oral absorption.

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep the container tightly closed to protect from moisture and light.
